Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order only before we accept it.
Once your order has been accepted or processed, it cannot be cancelled, as we deal with fresh, perishable goods that are prepared immediately for dispatch.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will confirm if the cancellation is possible.
Returns and Refunds
As we deal in perishable vegetables, we do not accept returns under any circumstances once the goods are delivered.
However, if you receive damaged or incorrect items, you must inform us immediately at the time of delivery or notify the delivery person or vehicle on the spot.
No complaints will be accepted once the delivery is completed.
After reviewing the situation, we may offer a replacement or a partial refund for the affected items, at our sole discretion.
Refunds Timeline

After your return is approved and the items are collected/accepted back, your refund will be processed within 24 hours.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
